Vous avez acheté dans la boutique Son des Rives, à Québec, un casque audio qui ne fonctionne plus et vous contactez une personne du service après-vente. Vous posez des questions à cette personne pour connaître la procédure de prise en charge sous garantie (durée, justificatifs, dépôt, suivi…).
English translation
You bought headphones from the Son des Rives store in Québec City, and they no longer work. You contact an after-sales service representative and ask this person questions to learn how to make a warranty claim (coverage period, proof required, drop-off, tracking…).
