TCF TEF Study is operated by PTE STUDY PTY LTD (Australia). Here is, in plain words, what we do with your data.

What we collect

• If you sign in with Google: your name and email address.
• Your practice sessions and reports: the topic, the transcribed text of your spoken answers, your written texts and the estimated scores.
• Your payments: the plan bought, the date and the amount. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Your audio recordings

Your voice is used only to transcribe what you say, live. Recordings are not kept.

Who processes your data

• Microsoft Azure: speech transcription and the examiner's voice.
• Anthropic: AI examiner and correction.
• Vercel: website hosting and storage.
• Stripe: payments.
• Google: sign-in.
• Resend: sending our emails (payment receipt, reminder before your access ends) and receiving your messages to support@tcftefai.com.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Deleting your account

Delete your account from the Account & subscription page: your account, reports and plan are erased at once. You can also email us at support@tcftefai.com.

Cookies

We use cookies only for sign-in and to count the free daily practice. No advertising cookies. If you use an email sign-in code, we send it through Resend, keep a protected verifier for 15 minutes and limit requests per address and network.
