Vous suivez une formation professionnelle à Ottawa et devez préparer avec Noa, qui suit la même formation, une courte présentation sur l’accueil de nouveaux collègues. Écrivez un message à Noa pour proposer une répartition du travail, fixer un moment de préparation et expliquer comment partager vos documents. (60 mots minimum/120 mots maximum)
English translation
You are taking a professional training course in Ottawa and must prepare a short presentation with Noa, another participant, about welcoming new colleagues. Write a message to Noa proposing how to divide the work, suggesting a time to prepare together and explaining how to share your documents. (60 words minimum/120 words maximum)

Pour notre présentation, je te propose de m’occuper de la partie sur la première journée au bureau. Tu pourrais expliquer comment accompagner les nouveaux collègues pendant leur première semaine. Comme cela, nous aurons deux parties qui se complètent. Est-ce que tu serais disponible mercredi à 18 h pour travailler ensemble à la bibliothèque du quartier ? Nous pourrions comparer nos idées et préparer les diapositives. Je vais créer un dossier partagé et t’envoyer une invitation par courriel. Tu pourras y déposer tes textes et tes images avant notre rencontre.

Pour que notre présentation suive un fil clair, je te propose de m’occuper de la première journée au bureau, tandis que tu présenterais l’accompagnement durant la semaine suivante. Nous pourrions ainsi montrer comment l’accueil se prolonge au-delà des premières présentations. Serais-tu disponible mercredi à 18 h à la bibliothèque du quartier ? Ce serait l’occasion de mettre nos exemples en commun, puis de répéter ensemble. Je créerai un dossier partagé auquel tu accéderas grâce à une invitation par courriel. Si nous y déposons nos brouillons mardi soir, nous aurons le temps de les lire avant de nous retrouver.
