The topic
Vous souhaitez rapporter une lampe achetée récemment au magasin Maison du Saule, à Calgary, et vous vous adressez à une personne du comptoir des retours. Vous posez des questions à cette personne pour connaître les modalités du remboursement (délai de retour, justificatifs, mode de remboursement, suivi…).
English translation
You want to return a lamp recently purchased at Maison du Saule in Calgary and speak to a representative at the returns counter. You ask this person questions about the refund procedure (return deadline, proof of purchase, refund method, tracking…).
