Le 2 novembre, vous téléphonez au service de facturation de votre fournisseur Internet Connexion Boréale, à Ottawa. Vous posez des questions à la personne responsable pour payer vos prochaines factures par prélèvement automatique (inscription, dates, documents, modification du paiement…).
English translation
On November 2, you call the billing department of your Internet provider, Connexion Boréale, in Ottawa. You ask the person responsible questions about paying future bills by automatic bank withdrawal (registration, dates, documents, payment changes…).
