Vous avez reçu une invitation à un entretien pour un poste d’accueil au Garage des Aulnes, à Calgary, et vous téléphonez au secrétariat. Vous posez des questions à la personne du secrétariat pour préparer votre venue (lieu, durée, documents, déroulement…).

English translation

You have received an invitation to interview for a reception position at the fictional Garage des Aulnes in Calgary and call its office. You ask the office staff member questions to prepare for your visit (location, duration, documents, interview format…).
