The topic
Vous louez un appartement à Québec et disposez de 120 $ pour réduire votre consommation d’énergie ; vous échangez avec votre propriétaire. Vous posez des questions à votre propriétaire pour choisir entre le calfeutrage des fenêtres et un thermostat programmable, sachant que vous travaillez en semaine (coûts, installation, utilité, autorisations…).
English translation
You rent an apartment in Québec City and have 120 Canadian dollars to reduce your energy use. You speak with your landlord. Ask questions to choose between sealing the windows and installing a programmable thermostat, taking your weekday work schedule into account and asking about costs, installation, usefulness and permissions.
